Kabooom! What a month! We have been sent some amazing tracks using our sounds, and heard some very interesting success stories too using our loops, so well done on the airplay and keep up the good work there!

If you have'nt heard of Glitch-Hop yet you have now! Its a great new style of Hip Hop mixing Glitch Sounds such as circuit bending and Future FX, with hard hitting synthesised melodies and cutting glitched out drum loops. So, before the scene blows up (hopefully!) we have teamed up to produce this new release which contains 70 individual, bangin' drum loops that have been mashed, glitched out, dipped in mercury (lol) and then processed again for good measure! The result is a refreshing sound suite with hard-hitting, upfront hip hop drum loops with a twist on your average 808 patterns. Check this release in January 2009!

What is this 'Breakbeat Electronica' you speak of? I hear you say in 'Ye Olde English Accent!' - The best way to describe this is quite simple, Electro meets Breakbeat, Minimal meets House and Glitch meets Tech! A sonic mashup of future Drum Loops to assault the senses! Breakbeat Electronica is the first from our ground-breaking 'Fusion' series, the first of its kind, (the new breed!) ehem..anyway, back to the Fusion Series, ok, so what is it man? (I hear you saying in a slighly unconvincing Jamaican accent!)



The Fusion series brings together genres in a cataclysmic mashup of spinetingling loops and samples bravely challenging genre specific sample packs head on! We've updated our website with a funky new mp3 player, its nice and easy to use and we hope you like it! We've gone for a nice white/grey sheen and a minimal look that speaks for itself - here it is in all its glory!

What a month!

Yes! Its been nearly a month since we launched our website - and what an amazing few weeks its been! We are working hard behind the scenes working on some exiting new Sound Suites.....

Pure Rock Guitar Loops

With over 130 inspiring Rock Loops recorded exclusively for Prime Loops courtesy of Tom Warner, an amazing talent (he had us all in-awe with his amazing skills! Awesome!) an extremely in-demand guitarist who has worked with Virgin Records, EMI, and toured with Adele to mention but a few! We have spent many hours recording and refining this release with a number of legendary guitars including Gibson 1976 Custom Les Paul, the infamous Fender Strat & more! Also in this up-coming release are a useful number of guitar effects including plucks, scrapes, twangs, screeches, and a great deal more! We are confident that producers from Dance to Hip Hop, Rock to Trip Hop will find an inspiring collection of riffs here that will form a solid basis for many a hit to come!

Moogalicious Funk Loops

We love the Moog Synthesizer series - absolutely love em'! They sounds so full, chunky and phat...and needless to say they are resposible for a massive ammount of releases....and big hits also!
We have put together a bumper package of nu vs. olskool, funked-out, hot loops played by keyboard wizzard, Moogmeister, Michael Evans (otherwise known as 'M Eezy) who has gone all out here - resulting in amazing content covering a large tempo range.
Needless to say those making hip hop to those making new-skool dance won't be dissapointed, these loops sound B.I.G....chunky, and downright 70s...which is great, slide these into the mix, cut them up, pitch them out, slide them around - for maximum funk factor! The loops range from synthetic brass progressions to warbling bass loops, screaching modulated leads to sparkling 70's licks, squelchy chords to synthesised mayhem....we love it!

We are working hard on 'Dirty South Synth Loops 2' after numorous requests from our customers to release a 2nd volume...so to all you Dirty South Cats - rest assured its well on its way, stay tuned!

Following our massive 'Dirty Electro Synth Loops' release, which has already seen some serious airtime, and continues to impress (even us! lol) we've been hard at work mastering 'Dirty Electro Bass Loops' which, as the titles suggests concentrates entirely on the dirtiest, filthiest bass progressions possible and we know you love it....its been created using some amazing synths and we can't wait until its finished so we can deliver its disgustingly filthy and electronically polished contents to all you bass-hungry electro house tech-heads out there! Check back on the news page anytime for updates on this release...

Many more releases are in the pipeline, but they are top secret (sssshhhhhhh!) for now...we have many producers, sound engineers, and tweaktastic audiofiles working round the clock to deliver the most up-to-date sounds of the moment with our ears close to the club speakers, in fact so close that one of us has actually ended up with tinnitus (believe it or not thats true!) So on a random note...take care of your ears...!!!

Dubstep Drum Loops

This ones getting a big response... thanks for all your positive emails guys - we are glad you like it! Dubstep is expanding about as quick as Gearge Bush's ego, so to catch up we though it was about time we released a sound suite that applauds the genre. Starting out in the UK, Dubstep is a relatively new genre with the likes of Benga and many others including Rusko (who went to the same school as the producer of this release!) taking this genre to a global scale, this collection, which is priced at £4.95 (around $9) contains 30 drum loops, each with their own unique character and a far step away from your average 'Kick, Snare, Hi Hat' drum loop, if you want to download some free drum loops from this release or listen to the demo, you can do so as quickly as you can click here (lol)

Prime Loops website goes live!

Yes thats very true! After months of hard work and a (bucket full of sweat!) we have finally launched our brand new website, its been hectic at times to say the least, most of us have been on a diet of, well, we definately are'nt getting our recommended five-a-day fruit count thats for sure... not to mention vegetables! Aside from fruit and vegetables (lol) we have some great new features for our website which we are extremely proud of, now you can submit your music via our Remix Page to be featured, and here you can also listen to other peoples music that has been made with our sound suites...and...not only that! Theres more!

A whole bunch more! We are running monthly competitions for all music makers, its free entry, and you can win $200 of free Prime Loops Products simply by entering your track (here) and theres 5 more prizes for runners up! And thats not it...no...no...no! There more, yes tons more! We are offering well over 300mb (its now reached to more like 470mb) of free samples, check out the 'Send me Free Loops' section on our homepage, is it possible theres more? Hmmm..what do you think?

Well...that goes without saying, as we are true supporters of the music industry, we just love music, and we believe by providing music resources it can only help people build and create, in our Tips and Tricks and Tutorials sections on our (new!) website, there are well over 20 downloadable in-depth tips/tricks and tutorials such as 'Licensing your Music for TV and Film' 'Exposure to Record Labels' 'EQ Master Class' 'The Vocal Chops Technique' plus loads more, we hope you like them! Prime Loops is nearly here!

Hello People! Yes...we are very close to launch and our team have gone from biting their fingernails to jumping up and down with exitement (most likely to much coffee..ehem) anyway...for those of you who dont know what, who, why, well...anything really, Prime Loops is a new team of musicians, Sound Engineers, DJs producers and the like! Our aim is to provide the next generation of musicians with new sounds for use in their music! Am I making sense, probrably not!? Hmmm...Ok! Well if you're a producer, DJ, Artist or (well, anyone else that creates music really!) we use our combined years of experience to give you music loops & samples that you can use in your music (royalty free!) Yes! You dont have to go through sample clearence, or pay additional license fees, no, no, no...that can cost thousands! Our aim is to provide you with the latest sounds heard in the clubs. How do we do that? Well we work with foremost musicians and labels around the world and use our in-studio Synths (including Nord Lead, Virus TI, Motif, Triton and many more!!!) Producers, Piano/Keyboard players, and studio gear to create optimise, and master each sound suite to pefection (we hope, well, we know hahaha)
